News from Sandra Pasch for Assembly, April 20
Let me start this newsletter by cordially inviting you to the "100 People for Pasch" fundraising event, happening May 6th from 5-7:30pm at the DeLind Gallery. Special guest Milwaukee County DA John Chisholm will be joining us, my friend Marguerite Alpers is preparing the hors d' oeuvres, and there will be wine, conversation and fine art to enjoy! Find more details in "Upcoming Events" below.
If you haven't done so already, please contact my campaign manager, Kate Flood, at 920-420-0566 or kflood [at] earthlink [dot] net to let her know you can attend.
You'll see from the rest of this newsletter that my campaign is going strong, and that I'm particularly enjoying "doing doors"-which is a good thing, because I plan to spend a lot of time on that between now and the primary!
Please contact me at any time if you have questions about the campaign or the issues. I look forward to speaking with you.
Thank you for your support!
Sandy Pasch
22nd Assembly 2008
Sandy continues to visit hundreds of homes each week to meet voters and learn what's on their minds.
"I absolutely love meeting the people I hope to represent," she says. "Their stories are amazing and touching...it will be an honor to fight for them in Madison."
A nurse, educator and community advocate, Sandy is running on a platform of affordable, accessible healthcare; quality education; fiscal responsibility; and environmental stewardship. "What I hear from people in the district completely reinforces my reasons for running," she says. "We all essentially want the same things, and with my skills and experience, I'm in the ideal position to build the bridges required to achieve those things."
Robert Wrenn Says...
Robert Wrenn, Executive Director of Transitional Living Services, is a strong supporter of Sandy's. Here's what he has to say about her:
"Sandy is the type of person we want in politics. She's smart, diplomatic, resourceful and principled, with a passion to serve the community and the perseverance to get the job done."

Sandy to Serve on Justice Council
How would YOU lower crime in Milwaukee County? One idea is to improve access to services like addiction treatment and mental health care to fight the factors that contribute to crime. That's exactly what Milwaukee's Community Justice Council hopes to do, and Sandy will help. DA John Chisholm asked Sandy to join the Justice Council's Programs and Interventions Committee, and Chief Justice Kitty Brennan asked her to serve on the Public Health Committee. Sandy will serve alongside such notables as Police Chief Ed Flynn, Sheriff David Clarke Jr. and Mayor Tom Barrett.

How YOU Can Help
The election is five (short!) months away. Sandy needs to stay in front of voters throughout that time to earn their trust, and their votes. That means printing literature, sending mailings, keeping her website up to date, calling supporters...
And you can help!
Here's how:
Volunteer! Please contact Phyllis Blackburn (tillyblee [at] yahoo [dot] com) or Rhonda Oberland (goberland [at] wi [dot] rr [dot] com) if you can spare some time to help with mailings, lit drops, etc.
Donate! Please visit http://www.sandrapasch.com/donate to contribute to the campaign.
Tell a friend! Call a few friends to let them know you're supporting Sandy, and why.
